1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "dwv99," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the dwv99 online gaming platform operated at dwv99.cam and its associated services.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the dwv99 platform.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by the Player upon successful registration.
• "Services" refers to all online gaming products offered by dwv99, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, togel (lottery numbers games), sabung ayam (cockfighting), slots, and other gaming entertainment.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from the Player to their dwv99 Account for the purpose of placing wagers.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from the Player's dwv99 Account to their designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or incentive offered by dwv99 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a gaming outcome using funds in the Player's Account.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR or Rp) are the default currency unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use dwv99's Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. dwv99 strictly enforces age verification and may request identification documents to confirm your date of birth.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or equivalent government-issued identification.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gaming activities.

2.2 Account Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your KTP or government ID)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in Indonesia
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred username and secure password

You agree to update your information promptly if any details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one Account with dwv99. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in:

• Immediate suspension or closure of all associated accounts
• Forfeiture of any balances, winnings, and bonuses across all duplicate accounts
• Permanent ban from the dwv99 platform

If you forget your login credentials, use the account recovery process rather than creating a new account.

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Log out from your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices
• Notify dwv99 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account

dwv99 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any such request should be reported to our security team immediately.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations and ensure platform integrity, dwv99 implements mandatory KYC verification procedures. You may be required to submit:

• Identity Verification: Clear photo or scan of your Indonesian KTP (national identity card) or passport showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number
• Address Verification: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document confirming your residential address in Indonesia (dated within the last 3 months)
• Payment Method Verification: Bank account statement or screenshot showing your name and account number matching the account used for deposits/withdrawals

KYC verification is typically required before your first withdrawal or when account activity exceeds certain thresholds. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.

3.3 Account Activity Monitoring

dwv99 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect suspicious account activity, including but not limited to:

• Patterns consistent with bonus abuse or arbitrage betting
• Unusually large or frequent transactions inconsistent with your profile
• Coordinated betting activity across multiple accounts
• Use of third-party payment methods not registered in your name

We reserve the right to request additional documentation or temporarily suspend accounts pending investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dwv99 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet services:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All payment methods must be registered in your legal name matching your dwv99 Account. Third-party deposits (payments from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus processing fees.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier (contact support for current limits). Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 1-5 minutes during standard processing hours. Delays may occur during Indonesian public holidays or bank maintenance windows.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction. dwv99 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes, though processing times may extend up to 24 hours during peak periods or if additional verification is required. Key withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name
• You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal
• Any active bonus must be wagered according to its terms before withdrawals are permitted
• Total deposit turnover of at least 1x (one times) your deposited amount is required before withdrawal eligibility

4.4 Fees and Charges

dwv99 does not charge fees for deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. Excessive withdrawal activity (more than 5 withdrawals in a 24-hour period) may incur a nominal processing fee of Rp 10.000 per transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

dwv99 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback rewards, free bets, and VIP program benefits. Bonus eligibility is subject to:

• Meeting minimum deposit requirements specified in the promotion terms
• Opting in to the promotion where required (some bonuses are automatic, others require manual activation)
• Maintaining good standing on your Account (no history of bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or terms violations)
• Meeting any VIP tier or activity requirements stated in the promotion

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. For example:

• A Rp 500.000 bonus with 20x wagering requires total bets of Rp 10.000.000 (500.000 × 20) before withdrawal eligibility
• Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, live dealer games 10-20%, sports betting varies by odds

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms (bonus arbitrage, opposite-side betting)
• Using betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting red and black simultaneously on roulette)
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing stated wagering requirements

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All bets are subject to the specific rules of each game type (slots, sports betting, live dealer, togel, etc.). Game-specific rules are available in the Help section of each game category. Key principles:

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be canceled or modified after placement (except where explicitly permitted by game rules, such as sports betting cash-out features)
• dwv99 reserves the right to void bets if technical errors, display malfunctions, or obvious pricing errors occur
• In the event of disputes, the transaction log recorded in dwv99's server database is considered the authoritative record
• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or official results from sports events, lottery draws, and live dealer tables

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting including football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, badminton, and MotoGP:

• All bets are settled based on official results declared by the governing sports organization (e.g., FIFA for international football, BRI Liga 1 official match results)
• If a match is postponed, bets remain valid if the match is played within 48 hours; otherwise bets are voided and stakes refunded
• Live betting (in-play) odds update in real-time; bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; if any selection loses, the entire parlay loses

6.3 Responsible Gaming Obligations

Players are expected to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. dwv99 provides tools to help manage gaming activity including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. You agree to:

• Respect the rights of other players and conduct yourself with integrity

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

7.1 Fraudulent Conduct

• Using stolen credit cards, bank accounts, or e-wallets to fund your Account
• Engaging in money laundering or using dwv99 to transfer funds for illegal purposes
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith after gambling losses
• Providing false identification documents or personal information

7.2 Collusion and Cheating

• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place wagers
• Exploiting software bugs or technical glitches for financial gain (players must report such issues to support immediately)
• Accessing or attempting to access other players' accounts

7.3 Abusive Behavior

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dwv99 staff or other players
• Using offensive language or hate speech in chat features
• Spamming or advertising third-party services through dwv99 communication channels

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the dwv99 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and databases, is the property of dwv99 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the dwv99 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from dwv99 without written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from dwv99 software
• Use dwv99 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without authorization
• Create derivative works or modifications based on dwv99 content

Game content is provided by third-party suppliers under license. All game-related intellectual property rights remain with the respective game developers.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While dwv99 strives to maintain continuous platform availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from:

• Scheduled maintenance or system upgrades
• Internet connectivity issues, power outages, or force majeure events
• Third-party service failures (payment processors, game providers, data centers)
• Actions by Indonesian regulatory authorities or internet service providers

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, dwv99's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the 90 days preceding the claim. dwv99 is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Emotional distress or gambling addiction-related damages

9.3 Player Acknowledgment

By using dwv99, you acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes are subject to chance and no strategy guarantees profits

• You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws regarding online gambling participation

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Complaint Procedure

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding your Account or any transaction, you must first contact dwv99 customer support via live chat, email ([email protected]), WhatsApp, or Telegram. Provide:

• Your Account username
• Detailed description of the issue
• Relevant transaction IDs, bet IDs, or timestamps
• Supporting documentation or screenshots where applicable

dwv99 will investigate and respond to complaints within 5 business days. Most disputes are resolved informally at this stage.

10.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of dwv99 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

10.3 Amendments to Terms

dwv99 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified via email and/or prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
